The incumbent will be responsible for overall function of student counseling, guiding students and maintain a cordial relationship with students and guardians.
Be well aware of student affairs activities in the campus and therefore suggest/ advise in developing the student affairs department as well the event calendars of student affairs activities and events.
To plan for marketing and to take drive for the implementation
To participate students counseling, (over phone & physical) keep records, follow up potential students and report accordingly

Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
Incorporate in the plan individual customers’ specific needs and expectations and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern departments.
Handle first react software to execute appropriate planning for achieving daily production target as per production capacity.
Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.

Responsible for Quality Assurance and shipment as per allocated target
Follow up to ensure production Quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail
Should be able to supervise quality team and ensure quality
Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer’s requirement
Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
Ensure Technical and product safety compliance with ISO,WRAP,BSCI and Oeko Tex standards.

To act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management and bring the complaints / grievances of workers to the notice of the management.
To encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand about the rules and regulations of the company.
Listening the problem of workers and counseling.
