Educational Requirements
Graduation /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preparation of Erection and Installation inquiry specification, floating inquiries, arranging Erection offers and finalizing Erection contract for Mechanical work.
Checking and commenting on drawings and specifications prepared by Mechanical Suppliers.
Should be capable of dealing with all import related matters including corresponding negotiation with foreign manufacturers/suppliers and their local agent dealers for capital machinery ,raw materials & Spare parts.
Checking and commenting on drawings and specifications prepared by Mechanical Suppliers.
Evaluating and deciding technical matters for complying with mill process demand and agreed standards.
Resources plans based on future expansion.
Ensure the smooth function of the utility service.

Designing servicing and maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
Close monitoring of servicing and maintenance.
Receive customer complains and accordingly takes necessary action.
Troubleshooting of Chiller problems and work independently.
Ability to manage a group of technical team with adequate leadership qualities.

1. To perform production related work in a Garments Industry.
2. To lead sewing operators on the basis of Work Study.
3. To monitor their work from Work Study point of view.
4. Any other works related to Work Study and production in general.

Should have excellent man management skills and use of latest management techniques/tools.
Frequent coordination with management, marketing and production.
External coordination with supplier, buyer and other agencies.
Sustainable planning, timely production and development.
Achieving daily & monthly target production.
Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage

Interface with clients and prepare proposals.
Lead investigations, Prepare field notes.
Feasibility studies, cost analyses, design and investigative experience & analytical skills.
Inspect complete installations and observe operations, to ensure operational standards.
Prepare and study technical drawings, plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.
Collect data relating to commercial and residential development, population, and power system interconnection to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems.
Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data.
