Responsible for Quality Assurance and shipment as per allocated target
Follow up to ensure production Quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail
Should be able to supervise quality team and ensure quality
Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer’s requirement
Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
Ensure Technical and product safety compliance with ISO,WRAP,BSCI and Oeko Tex standards.

Ability to manage multiple deadline oriented projects and head data entry teams of 50+ operators. Candidate must be people oriented and able to make others motivated and feel at ease. Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory. Position requires long working hours and working on holidays.
