Oversee operations of HFL (a state-of-the-art textile mill) marketing department, Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan. Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of HFL. Establish performance goals for MKT department employees and monitor performance on a continual basis. Develop/maintain and improve business relations with HFL customers.

Taking up performance targeted export oriented textile marketing responsibility as an individual. Developing new prospects as well as maintaining business relation with existing customers.

Candidate must be Experience Weaving Dying Machine.

Main Responsibilities:
To keep record of all accounting activities of the company
Responsible for bill collection and payment
To help Head of Finance & Accounts to maintain optimum cash flow
Prepare monthly payroll of the company.
Preparation of checks and making banking transaction

Supervise and direct activities of sewing department to meet daily production target.
Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
Review the monthly sewing production schedule and work out plan to determine staffing and other resources requirements to meet the deadlines.
Monitor, control and utilisation of men, machine and material for optimum productivity.
Inspect products throughout processing stages to maintain specified standards
Train officers, supervisors and workers in operation of machinery and equipment.
Report on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Responsible for achieving goal of the company.
Create corporate relations to communicate with new clients and maintain communication with existing clients.
Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation.
Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
He will have to work closely under the direct supervision of the supervisor.

Product development and execution in line with source base capabilities and customer needs;
Capable to handle Buyers independently from order negotiation till the execution and shipment.
Production Management;
Maintain dynamic source base to optimize sourcing opportunities;
Product pricing and capacity management;
Drive execution by managing and interacting with cross functional team members, vendors and customers;
Effective and timely issue resolution;
Purchase order, contract generation and maintenance;
Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite;
Must have working experience in the bottoms
