Job Description / Responsibility
Manage day to day administrative works.
Maintain Stationery Items.
Ensure smooth functioning of all utility services such as telephone, PABX, FAX, A/C, Water and Sanitation systems through the engineering team.
Coordinate the arrangement of the company cars.
Make travel and lodging arrangements for both corporate office staff and foreign visitors.
Oversee work permit and visa processing for expatriates and foreign visitors.
Sending Invoice to Feed Mill after scanning .
Write official letters and prepare agreement as per management requirement.
Any task as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline from reputed university with sound previous educational background

Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Articulate in both Bengali and English communication.
Should be able to prepare/write official letters in Bengali & English.
Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor; excellent problem solver.
Good office manners/etiquette.
