Job Description / Responsibility
To conduct code of conduct audit and assist to manage the whole process from identification of non-compliance issues, follow up improvements to meet acceptable standards and requirements.
To communicate with factories and provide guidance on specific issues.
To prepare comprehensive reports on audit reports for management review.
Develop, update, monitor and supervise on OHS & Environment of the factories

Educational Requirements
Degree in Business Administration/relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
PGD in compliance will be considered as extra qualification

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Inspection, Quality Control/Audit, Work Study
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven & Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 40 year(s)
At least 4 years working experience in Social Compliance Audit or in garments industry.
Adequate knowledge about WRAP & GSV (C-TPAT) and Environmental compliance issues.
Good command in English (both written and spoken)
Good computer knowledge
Knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law/Act 2006
Work experience with reputed buying office will be given preference
