Job Description / Responsibility
Should have excellent man management skills and use of latest management techniques/tools.
Frequent coordination with management, marketing and production.
External coordination with supplier, buyer and other agencies.
Sustainable planning, timely production and development.
Achieving daily & monthly target production.
Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
Eensuring sustainable measures by improving sales, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
Quality assurance of product and work process & adoption of ISO practice
Preparation and submission of monthly Profit & Loss statement to the management.
Arrangement of training and preparation of training manual
Execution of export and import documentation.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, preferable with MBA and a proven career track record.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/Plant/Facility Management

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 50 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Experience of managing any large Bag Mill/Industrial Plant.
Must have 12 years experience of which minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
Must have competence to work under pressure to meet deadline in adverse situations.
Must have strong command over computer & English.
For experienced person with proven track record in the relevant field qualification requirement may be relaxed.
