Job Description / Responsibility
Identifying and developing new business through networking, sales, strategy, courtesy and follow up calls.
Supervising and organizing team members in a planned manner
Responsible for achieving the Team’s Sales Target
Giving guideline regarding new sales techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving skills.
Establishing and maintaining dealer or distribution network by own
Generating sales volume from the existing and new customers
Critical situation handling and tactical strategy implementation to close deals with prospects
Initiate and conduct training for team members to hone their skills
Analyzing periodical sales, market share against competitive brands & find out Know-How to retain & increase market share.
Promote new products to the target outlets & generate demands through coverage.
Monitor sales target closely to anticipate challenges and to take proactive action

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA/ Graduation from any reputed university

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales

Additional Job Requirements
Experiences in ISP/Telco/any regional product sales
Have strong interpersonal communication and leadership qualities
Should be a self-motivated person
Must be skilled in team supervision and personal selling
Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum level of supervision
Should be proficient in Computer
Should have good analytical skill
