Job Description / Responsibility 
5-7 years experience with a multinational company with similar position.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good organization skills  Autonomous and good sense of initiative (ability to get things done).
Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Requirements 
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Prepare and log documentation transmittal`s.
Maintain all documentation on web server and hard copy filing (drawings, contracts, bills, etc.)
Maintain employee records  Daily office management tasks.
Word processing and copying
