Job Description / Responsibility
Assist the client to make use of the TechnoVista (TVL) developed system through transfer of knowledge
Train & Support for Microsoft Office software
Installation of TVL developed software on client side in their server & client’s PC
Maintain back-up of data
Assist in Data Entry
Troubleshoot personal computer hardware and software problems
Maintain & Support for Microsoft Windows client and server
Maintain LAN and Internet connectivity
Maintain Database Servers (SQL Server & My SQL)
Ensure virus protection in server & client’s PC

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office software
Understanding of TCP/IP
Experience in Hardware troubleshooting
Experience in Operating system installation & configuration
Experience in Database Servers (SQL Server)
Excellent typing skill in Bangla
Good communication & presentation skill with presentable personality is a must
Proficient in English language both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem solving skill required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Additional duties may apply as assigned
