Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent will be responsible for overall function of student counseling, guiding students and maintain a cordial relationship with students and guardians.
Be well aware of student affairs activities in the campus and therefore suggest/ advise in developing the student affairs department as well the event calendars of student affairs activities and events.
To plan for marketing and to take drive for the implementation
To participate students counseling, (over phone & physical) keep records, follow up potential students and report accordingly
Plan and maintain the schedule of paper advertisement
Take the responsibility of student’s admission for all departments and report accordingly
Consult and supervise the designer for newspaper advertisement and other marketing related brochure.
Maintain and upgrade the e-mail database and implement the e-mail marketing
Any other similar job assign by the management.

Educational Requirements
Masters / BBA, preferably in Marketing, Management

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Working experience in counseling segment in educational/training institute/consultancy firm
Should be able to work under pressure
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Must be computer literate
Good command over English & Bangla.
Understanding & considerate
