Job Description / Responsibility
To act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management and bring the complaints / grievances of workers to the notice of the management.
To encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand about the rules and regulations of the company.
Listening the problem of workers and counseling.
Educational Requirements
Masters from any discipline.
Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
