Job Description / Responsibility
Oversee operations of HFL (a state-of-the-art textile mill) marketing department, Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan. Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of HFL. Establish performance goals for MKT department employees and monitor performance on a continual basis. Develop/maintain and improve business relations with HFL customers.

Educational Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor`s degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited Institution.

Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International Marketing

Age 40 to 50 year(s)

Practical experiences in export oriented marketing of Textile Industries are eligible to apply.
Strong leadership qualities, good communications skills (verbal & written) in Bangla & English.
Computer literacy is must.
