Job Description / Responsibility
Maintenance, protection & development of company’s IT systems such as Access Control, Surveillance systems, etc. and performs routine monitoring of all the installed systems.
Installation & up gradation of various software being used for day-to-day business operations and ensure proper functionality at every user level.
Implement & support company’s ERP software.
Provide technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network and Software) to the users of different systems.
Perform and arrange troubleshooting as and when necessary.
Coordinate with the vendors/providers for their prompt supports.
Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 28 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):ISP, Network Engineer/System Engineer, IT System Management, Computer Hardware & Software Implementation.
Minimum 2 years experience in Computer, Networking, Hardware Trouble shooting & system support and email setup (Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora & etc).
Sound knowledge on LAN, WAN architectures.
Understanding in core networking and versatile work experience shall be preferred.
Backup and recovery experience.
Must be professional, dedicated, self motivated, precise analytical skill and HONEST.
High level of passion and integrity in business behavior.
Must be good in English communication both in oral and written.
Should have continues learning mind set.
