Job Description / Responsibility
To supervise construction works of factory / residential building
To prepare material and cost estimation
To maintain records of work done by contractors.
To scrutinize bills submitted by contractors.
To ensure high standard of quality of works.
To plan schedule of works
To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
To ensure construction of works as per BNBC.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
4 to 7 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 40 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply. Experience in CAD, Staad Pro, Microsoft project, excel and Power point will be considered as extra qualifications.

Salary Range
