Job Description / Responsibility
Manage Windows Services: Active Directory, File/Print Services, Exchange mail, Antivirus, Software delivery, Collaboration, Remote Desktop etc;
Manage Windows Servers Administration: AD administrations, group policy, user access, patch management, file & print server administration, antivirus server administration etc;
Ensure uninterrupted Internet Services in all offices;
Internet systems administration: traffic monitoring, bandwidth management, link management. Manage DNS, SMPT, Proxy and other associated services;
Manage Unix/Linux Systems Administration. Manage hosted applications, virtual directories, user & access management and patch management;
Manage Storage and Backups for business support systems;
Maintain predefined uptime for business critical systems and plan maintenance works in business agreed maintenance windows & ensure uptime;
Manage annual Planning, budgeting, forecasting of IT infrastructure.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field from a reputed University
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
5 years experiences of systems & network administration in medium/large enterprises;
Certifications on network technologies, windows administration and/or Unix/Linux administration will be preferred;
Exposure to large IT infrastructure implementation projects is highly preferred;
Focused in service excellence and managing efficiency initiatives;
Good Knowledge on technology trends;
Capable of leading teams of technical managers and experts in a sophisticated, heterogeneous environment;
Good oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English;
Adaptability in diversified environments with people management skill;
Very good at technical analysis and planning;
Resilience/ability to adapt working under pressure.
