Job Description / Responsibility
Installation & Troubleshooting of IT Hardware, DVR IP Camera, Troubleshoot attendance system, Telephone and PABX system both hardware and software
Installation of WiFi devices, printer, scanner
Provide customer support to all corporate users and other branch office
Ensure LAN, WiFi and Internet availability
Monitor and configure networks to optimize performance and resolve faults
Learn and understand the department needs and act accordingly

Educational Requirements
BSC/ Diploma in Computer Science and engineering or other related subjects from recognized institution/s

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Technical Writer/ Manual Writer, Customer Support
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Engineering Firms, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Software Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 20 to 32 year(s)
Should have 2-3 years experience in the field
Able to source new vendors and collect competitive price
Must be customer oriented
Should be able to work with MS Office and Email clients (Outlook)
Familiar with structured cabling and troubleshooting
Willing to work in different shifts (day/night) as required
