Job Description / Responsibility
Candidate has to deal with health and beauty products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit doctors, beauty parlors, departmental stores, pharmacies and products related healthcare professionals in a regular basis.
Promote products to customers in a planned manner.
Identify business potentiality and prospective customers to increase sales volume.
Prepare sales information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
Understand customer’s requirements or specific business needs.
Collect competitor’s up to date information, activity and conduct market survey.
Understand the consumption pattern of products and report to management in time to maintain ideal inventory.
Coordinate in distribution and other team members.
Preparing promotional strategy and execute marketing plan.
Arrange and participate in various scientific seminar, awareness program etc.
Travel throughout the country to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customers.
Have to collect credit from customers with better credit realization.
Have to report to management in a regular basis

Educational Requirements
Master / Bachelor degree in any discipline with science background up to H.S.C. level is a must.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)

Age 25 to 35 year(s)

Should be Technical
Willing to travel extensively.
Most importantly we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and knows how to sell.
Sales & marketing experience in health and beauty products will get preference.
Strong communication skills in English & Bengali
Candidate must have adequate skill in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and over internet.
Ability to understand, explain and hold discussions on technical features and information with clients.
Ability to evaluate & provide feedback to management of competitor’s products and activities.
