Job Description / Responsibility
This is a senior management position. The incumbent will be responsible for overall supervision of technical operations & maintenance of the establishment, implementing plans, policies, procedures and administering the operation & maintenance work, coordination with the competent authorities etc.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputable university. Candidates with relevant professional training plus an MBA degree from reputable institutions will be given preference.

Fifteen (15) years professional experience including the experience of maintaining and operating big and sophisticated establishment like NSU and supervising a large group of technical people including a good number of engineers.
Conversant with Building Automation/Management System, Civil and Electro-Mechanical design/drawing, Operation and Maintenance of Generator, Lift, Substation, HVAC system, Fire Fighting, Fire detection, Pumps, Telecommunication, CCTV, STP, PA system etc.
Proficiency in English language and all types of computer literacy is essential.
