Job Description / Responsibility
Plan, direct and carry out basic functions such as posting jobs and screening applicants
Maintaining historical human resource records by using proper HRM software and hence keeping past and current records of applicants
Schedule interviews, administer tests, check references and background, and evaluate applicant qualifications
Follow-up with applicants by phone or email on a timely manner
Maintain and update records of existing employees and notify senior management about any routine evaluation or any disciplinary issues
Prepare content for corporate presentations
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Enosis Solutions
Proactively communicate with business development team, senior management team and support staff during service cycle
Manage and maintain data of marketing activities and notify in case of any discrepancies
Conduct Web based research, evaluate and present the results

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in business, engineering or relevant field

Additional Job Requirements
Self-management is compulsory
Ability to take responsibility of their own work therefore reducing error percentage
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance
Good writing and speaking skills in English is preferable
Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task
Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing and human resource strategies
Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
