BGC Trust, a charitable organization aimed at socio-economic development by imparting general & medical education and providing healthcare service to the society. The Trust is presently running the different educational institutions located at 34 km away from Chittagong City in a place popularly known as "BGC Biddyanagar", Chandanaish and BGC Biddyaniketon, Nasirabad, Chittagong, Bangladesh, is looking for self motivated, proactive and dynamic individuals for the post Manager IT (Information Technology) for immediate appointment.
• Develop/monitor program development using Java, my SQL, PHP, Oracle database 10g, Oracle DS 1og, Linux server, HR & Accounts software and Website system software.
• Manage and maintain Backups and Disaster Recovery processes for all servers and users data.
• Establish network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment defining network policies and procedures.

• Upgrade network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
• Ensure LAN, WiFi and Internet availability.
• Problem and Issue management -troubleshoot problems and recommend/implement solutions.
• Respond in a timely matter to technology support requests.
• Monitor and configure networks to optimize performance and resolve faults.
• Provide guidance to staff in the use and maintenance of computer-based management information systems.
• Write comprehensive documentation including design documents, policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Science with professional experience in a reputed organization.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management

Experience troubleshooting and installing operating systems, networking equipment, hardware and software.
Ability to troubleshoot system related problems, investigate and implement solutions.
Self motivated and ability to work on tasks, activities, and projects with minimum supervision.
