Job Description / Responsibility
An International, 128000+people organization with its HQ in the USA invites applications from qualified, motivated professionals with senior managerial experience with reputed I/NGOs, GO projects for an upcoming multi-year food security project.
The project will focus on food production, security and shortage as affected by negative consequences of climate change, recurring natural disasters and landlessness of the poor and vulnerable communities.
The project will be implemented through on-setu/participatory and innovative research for development of appropriate technologies to boost sustainable agriculture (seed production, horticulture, livestock, cereals, effective marketing systems and value chain development etc.)
The anticipated projects will be implemented together with local NGO partners, rural communities and their institutions in the south western region of Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements
Professionals are being sought in the following areas with proven experience possessing relevant post graduate degrees and masters (MA/MSC) from a reputed university .

Experience Requirements
8 to 15 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Possessing at least 8-15 years practical experience.
Experience working with repeated I/NGOs, private sectors and or Government departments/projects, research institutions and with rural communities preferably in the south west regions of the country is required.
