Job Description / Responsibility
Keeping Personnel records & Files of employee with confidentiality management.
Prepare, organize & conduct orientation program for new entrants.
Coordinate with different Departments.
Assist HOD for performance Appraisal.
Responsible for updating HRIS (Human Resource Information System) on time.
Responsible for procedure Disciplinary Action.
Responsible for Salary, Administration including Attendance, Leave management.
Maintain day to day HR activities.

Educational Requirements
MBA (Major in HRM) or Masters with PGDHRM are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Training & Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 28 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Good Command over documentation in English & Bangla (Specially Bangla Type)
Verbal & Written communication ability in English & Bangla.
Computer skills should be Intermediate Level. (Word, Excel, &Power Point)
