Job Description / Responsibility
Product development and execution in line with source base capabilities and customer needs;
Capable to handle Buyers independently from order negotiation till the execution and shipment.
Production Management;
Maintain dynamic source base to optimize sourcing opportunities;
Product pricing and capacity management;
Drive execution by managing and interacting with cross functional team members, vendors and customers;
Effective and timely issue resolution;
Purchase order, contract generation and maintenance;
Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite;
Must have working experience in the bottoms

Educational Requirements
Masters/ MBA

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
5 years in managerial position. 7+ years in Merchandising..
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written);
Factory orientation will be added advantage;
Result oriented and self driven with strong focus on deadlines;
