Job Description / Responsibility
Annual manpower planning according to approved budget.
Co-coordinating and conducting recruitment.
Handling Industrial Relations & Compliances.
Managing Training and development of employees.
Labor Management.
Managing staff appraisal process and procedures.
Handling grievance, counseling staff.
Staff skill / competencies auditing and plan for stuff motivation and development.
Administrative & logistics support.
Responsible for organizational development.
Prepare Training budget for department or organization
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Plan, develop[e, and provide training and staff development program, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as class room training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.
Conduct orientations sessions and arrange on the job training for new hires.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Handling Industrial Relations & Compliance.
Labor Management.
Educational Requirements
Master degree holder Preferably in HR
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic PC skills, inter-personal skills and negotiation skills.
Man management skills, analytical skills, health and safety management
Result oriented
Very good knowledge of International Operations
Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers and colleagues alike forming good working relationships across all levels of the company.

Salary Range
TK.40000 - 60000
