Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain day-to-day targeted key accounts with outside sales calls, appointment calls, telemarketing etc. and establish performance and development goals as team members.
Develop local specific market segment and implement strategies to maximize revenue and targeted key potential corporate accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and outside contacts in order to produce group business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales.
Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.
Developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and implementing sales strategies.
Educational Requirements
MBA in Marketing or any similar subject from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
0 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Sales
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Hotels/Rosorts, Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to deal with management level to the corporate offices
PC and Hotel software skills, good knowledge in Excel is must
Demonstrates self confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Passion for hotels and the leisure industry is a plus
