Job Description / Responsibility
Implement and maintain Linux/Unix & Windows based systems. Writing scripts.
Manage and maintain Backups and Disaster Recovery processes for all servers and users data.
Fix broken systems (detect hardware fault & replace. e.g hard drive, memory, network card, etc.).
Establish network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment defining network policies and procedures.
Upgrade network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
Ensure LAN, WiFi and Internet availability.
Provide 2nd Line support and liaise with the IT help desk.
Problem and Issue management -troubleshoot problems and recommend/implement solutions.
Respond in a timely matter to technology support requests.
Coordinate with ISP and Hardware vendor for services and warranty.
Monitor and configure networks to optimize performance and resolve faults.
Provide guidance to staff in the use and maintenance of computer-based management information systems.
Write comprehensive documentation including design documents, policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 23 to 35 year(s)
1+ years experience with Linux & SQL.
Experience troubleshooting and installing operating systems, networking equipment, hardware and software.
Excellent knowledge of operating systems internals, system utilities and communication protocols including TCP/IP networking.
Ability to troubleshoot system related problems, investigate and implement solutions.
Good programming/scripting skills (bash, perl, php).
Excellent verbal and written skills with outstanding customer service.
Self motivated and ability to work on tasks, activities, and projects with minimum supervision.

Salary Range
TK.18000 - 22000
