Job Description / Responsibility
Supervise General Services activities to support management in all administrative function for all office locations.
Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements.
Plan, budget, purchase, distribute and monitor all procurement related activities.
Manage vendors for negotiation and timely delivery of logistics as per specification of end users.
Ensure both electronic and physical security of the Office premises through managing the security services vendors.
Arrange & supervise facilities of the Office to ensure healthy & hygienic environment.
Prepare Policy/SOPs’ and Legal Agreements to facilitate administrative requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of Company assets such as Company Cars, Generator etc.
Ensure premises maintenance and beautification.
Contribute to enhance Corporate Social Responsibility through arranging & supporting events.
Act as coordinator for Emergency Management.
Educational Requirements
Candidate should be Graduate/ Masters in any discipline & Retired Army personnel with the rank of Major & above will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)

Administration, Inventory/Store Management, Logistic Management, Office Management, Security Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Development Agencies, Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Hotels/Rosorts, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Media/Public Relation Companies, Overseas Companies
Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 to 38 year(s)
3-5 years experience in Managerial Position shall be given preference.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work under pressure.
Capacity to maintain turnaround time.
Candidate should be professional, dedicated, self motivated and honest.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
