Job Description / Responsibility
Design, implement and troubleshoot large-scale, wide-area and local-area network. Setup and maintain organization`s computer network which includes both LAN, WLAN and WAN network.
Data Center physical infrastructure, hardware, software, and security policies management
Maintain and trouble shoot all software used by the company like HR software, Quickbooks and POS (Point of Sales)
Ensure Internet Facility for all the workstations. Maintain all Hardware & Networking troubleshooting. Backup and Restore Maintenance of Email. Troubleshoot BASE Server-PC’s and Network infrastructure.
Prepare and maintain data center systems SOPs and having good knowledge on POS & RFID system.
Hands-on configuration of Juniper/Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, Load Balancer and other network equipment
The IT manager also participates in the implementation of policies and procedures and to ensure consistency with organization goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
Setup and maintain the company’s computer network which includes both LAN and WLAN network. Also monitoring the Jobs, Error Logs, Server Space, Health of Databases & Servers.
Business Intelligence Report development, deployment and administration.
Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity, performance, blocking and deadlocking, replication, connectivity, and security issues.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/IT & Telecommunication form a tier 1 University.

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, MIS, Hardware Engineer, Graphic Designer, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System, Customer Support, Database Engineer/Database Programmer
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Hotels/Rosorts, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Experience in foreign or diplomatic organization will be given preference.
Must be able to work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dream weaver, power point, having Ability to design flyers, notice etc. and coding/CSS issues on existing sites.
Must have sound knowledge on POS and RFID system. Also having solid experience PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX.
Experience on Network and System Monitoring Tools, IP networking and utilizing routing / switching hardware, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP, etc.), NTP server
Designing and Developing web application/web sites for the organization. Ensuring the web sites conform to industry standard and ensuring the security of the website.
Should have excellent interpersonal skill, good leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
Work under stress & pressure in multicultural environment.
A logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense, literacy & organizational skills.
Working experience in VAS provider or telecommunication sector/PABX will be treated as an added advantage.
