Job Description / Responsibility
To prepare various kind of legal drafts, plaint, written statements applications, objections.
To prepare various kind of agreements ( sale deed, lease deed, agreement of pledge etc)
To aid vetting on various documents, agreements etc and prepare opinion as required.
To deal in the court room as required.
To maintain reports as to the cases on a regular basis.

Educational Requirements
L.L.B(Hons) with a CGPA -3 out of 4 L.L.M (Masters) Preferable. Minimum CGPA - 4 or 1st Division in S.S.C & H.S.C ( 50% marks in English is must). Must be from DU/ CTG university, excellent educational background from other universities can also apply.

Experience Requirements
4 to 6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Consulting Firms, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Law Firm

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Candidate should be high court bar enrolled practicing lawyer, sound in Civil, Criminal, Corporate & Banking law.
Minimum 4 year(s) corporate practice in any renowned law firm but can be relaxed for the most deserving candidate.
Excellent communication skills in English ( both oral & written)
Computer literacy and expertise in MS Word, Excel and Power points is essential
Good analytical ability.
Must have adequate knowledge on professional code of conduct of Lawyers
