Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain the schedules of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
To coordinate with all top management executives for various work advised by Managing Director.
Compile different reports, summarize and submit to Managing Director as per requirement. Keep record.
Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages.
Coordinating Managing Director’s travel related formalities
To carry out any other special projects as and when assigned by the Managing Director time to time
Responsible for proper keeping of papers, documents and records of Managing Director’s office
Must have sufficient knowledge in office management, file maintaining, and be able to provide administrative support to senior management.
Educational Requirements
Graduate on any discipline from any recognize University.
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)

Should have at least 3 to 5 years practical experience as Coordination Officer/Personal Secretary to Chairman/CEO/Director in any National/ Multinational Company/ Group.
Adequate skills in computer applications and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla
Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management
Must have a good computer Literacy (MS office, E-mail, Internet Browsing)
