Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent will primarily be responsible to lead Marketing & Sales team in an efficient manner.
Analyze sales trend and formulate marketing strategies.
Prepare marketing plan and monthly, quarterly & yearly sales forecast.

Educational Requirements
Masters in any discipline ( preferably MBA in Marketing) with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Should have proven ability in managing large marketing & sales operation.
Must have minimum 10 years of commendable track record with wide range of experience & expertise in the field of Real Estate out of which at least 3 years in the similar position.

Salary Range
Negotiable
