Job Description / Responsibility
To maintain & update daily attendance & leave management.
To prepare salary sheet & advice to bank for payment.
To prepare OT payment sheet by stipulated time.
Ensure bank account for new joined employee.
Responsible for cash disbursement to office staff.
Maintain required HRIS

Educational Requirements
Masters in commerce from any reputed University.
MBA in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 28 year(s)
Relevant working experience.
Energetic, confident and proactive.
Should have sound knowledge in MS Execel, MS Word etc.
The applicant should have at least 2 years experience in the same position
