Job Description / Responsibility
Able to develop strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation.
Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
Ensure on time placement of right person in compliance with HRP.
Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety & welfare.
Ensure proper implementation of policies, rules and regulations of the company.
Assist management for effective exaction of administrative functions of the organization;

Educational Requirements
MBA (HRM)/ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline or with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management.

Experience Requirements
10 to 12 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Managemen, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 10-12 years working experience in a Garments factory.
The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
Good intellect and analytical skills.
Must have good presence and leadership ability.
Willing to work extensive hours.
Willing to work in Narayangonj area.
