Job Description / Responsibility
A solid knowledge of IT industry is a must, and proven marketing experience, ideally from IT products, service related industry sector environment.
Proven Experience in Preparing Standard Proposal for Public/Private Sector Projects/Tenders.
Takes leadership role in conducting market research to find out market segments, market drivers, market potential and business trends of the target market segments, and responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development/service delivery, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and prospective customers.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.

Educational Requirements
MBA in Marketing/ MIS/ Int. Business from any reputed Public University or Leading Private Universities of Bangladesh (NSU, IUB, BRAC, EWU etc) or any foreign countries.
B.Sc in Computer Science n Engineering or relevant discipline-from any reputed Public university or Leading Private universities (NSU, IUB, BRAC, EWU, AIUB, AUST etc) of Bangladesh or any foreign country.
Educational qualification may be overlooked for experienced, highly deserving candidates.
