Job Description / Responsibility
Xplorer an inbound and outbound call center located in Banani is looking for customer service executives for walk in interview. The key objectives of the positions are to support and manage inbound and outbound calls from a CRM (customer resource management) software.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor in English/Business Administration/MBA/ from reputed University is preferred. Must need excellent English communication skills both in Spoken and Listening.
English Medium background will be preferable.
A TOEFL score of 100 or IELTS (minimum band 7.00) will have an advantage.
Additional Job Requirements
Only males are allowed to apply.
An experience as a customer service position will also be a plus point.
Extensive experience using MS office software and database management systems.
This position is for Males only (only for Night Shift).
Qualification will be considered if you speak English fluently with listening skills to understand US/UK accent, in this case A’ Level Students may also be accepted.
