Job Description / Responsibility
BASIC FUNCTION:

Direct the overall operation of a New Horizons Computer Learning Center, implement NH system and procedures, and has total accountability for profit and loss outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection goals.
Hire, supervise, and develop New Horizons Computer Learning Center personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff. Maintain a sales-driven attitude among all department staff.
Duties include directly managing and motivating the center sales team.
Responsible for learning and applying the New Horizons selling system.
Responsible for hiring Account Executives and for growth and development of each team member ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop a minimum of one Million Dollar Producer.
Coach and assist Account Executives on how to increase market share within their accounts.
Develop and enhance client relationships with top 100 Strategic Accounts.
Build upon Corporate Vendor relationships with local contacts.
Supervise and develop the Resource Manager to ensure a highly motivated and efficient instructor staff that provides timely and effective support for training delivery, and delivers high quality training in all modalities.
Develop, administer, and is accountable for the New Horizons Computer Learning Center operating budget.
Assume responsibility for all equipment and supplies, and establish reasonable procedures and controls to protect assets from damage and theft.
Promote public relations within the community.
Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Educational Requirements
MBA or equivalent Master degree
