Job Description / Responsibility
Lead a team of developers, designers and testers
Discuss the requirements with US team, analyze them and lead the implementation
Do hands on coding to fulfill the requirements
Design multiple solutions for the same requirement
Analyze requirement, break down into tasks, implement and then deploy them in the production servers

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Must have good analytical skill and be capable of generating alternative solutions or ideas that leads to deliver effective system in the long run
Must have experience with Zend framework or any other similar frameworks
Sound knowledge in PHP, MySQL, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery
Working experience with Facebook, Payment Gateway and 3rd party data provider integration
Must be proactive, initiative, creative, detail-oriented and quick learner.
Ability to self managed, work alone as well as in team and respect others opinion in teamwork
Knowledge of Web security will be plus
Experience to work with social networking sites
Experience to develop application for facebook and mobile platform
