Job Description / Responsibility
Identify and address the capacity building needs of the locality of urban slums and rural areas.
Facilitate relationships among communities.
Build potential people from the Community to promote community mobilization.
Promote, oversee and support community initiatives.
Develop and implement of training activities

Educational Requirements
M.Sc. Agricultural or M.S.S Rural Sociology

Experience Requirements
3 to 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Trainer, Communication/Public Relation/Media
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agencies, NGOs

Additional Job Requirements
Age 29 to 32 year(s)
Experience in building capacity of local Community based on their requirement.
Training program design and facilitate.
Demonstration ability to lead and work effectively in team situations.
Ability in promoting and collaborating closely with multi-level stakeholders.
Should have very good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali.
Frequent field visit.
Understand the local community, Institution, Power relations and community capacities from poor peoples’ perspective
Self motivated, cooperative manner and strong interpersonal skill.
Confident to work in a multi cultural environment.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

Salary Range
TK. 30000
