Job Description / Responsibility
1. Plan and achieve sale project in line of overall company target
2. Work as a key person for the project, for maintaining required coordination and execution of the associated goal
3. Ensure year to year market growth to maintain the leadership in the market
4. Establish and practice Key Account Management approach
5. Work actively to establish company brand in Corporate Market
6. Participate in carrying out necessary promotional plan
7. Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow
8. Frequent field visit for implementation and monitoring
9. Tracking competition(Strategies & activities) and recommending necessary measures.
10. Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
11. Provide support in new product sourcing as per customer’s requirement.
12. Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements
13. Work closely with sales and cross functional team member for better performance.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. Engineer/ MBA in Marketing

Experience Requirements
6 to 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tele Marketing, Sales, Brand Planning/Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power Equipment/Generator/CNG, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Very good Leadership skills, Good Analytical ability is required for the position.
