Job Description / Responsibility
Welcoming the Visitors, Guests and Clients in Front Desk/Reception and make necessary arrangement for meeting them with respective Department.
Receive and manage all incoming and outgoing calls (local and foreign) through PABX system efficiently and promptly and update Phone book/Contact list.
Excellent telephone manners & communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Efficient to receive bills, letters and forward those to corresponding department.
Collect necessary information over telephone and provide related information to the management and respective Departments.
Pass the official orders to the employees.
Maintain Employee attendance (access & exit) and movement information through register book.
Prepare and print monthly/special attendance/Absent sheet and submit to Executive Director and Accounts Department.
Maintain and Upkeep the Front Desk/Reception area.
Provide Customer Relation & Admin support as and when required by the Management.

Educational Requirements
At least Bachelor Degree but preference will be given to BBA

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali

Proficient with computer knowledge (specially drafting & writing both in English & Bengali
E-mailing and Internet browsing
