Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for overall commercial functions and export finished product of the company.
Ensure supply of raw materials and services as per the placed order.
Manage competitive sources for all kinds of raw materials, machine, equipments and office accessories and make timely and cost-effective purchase with adherence to quality.
Build and manage good professional relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Handling L/C related activities & banking functions.
Check H.S. Code, L/C clauses and other conditions to comply with UCPDC-600.
Collect the vessel schedule against the specific L/C and provides the information to concern authority accordingly from Shipping Companies.
Follow up the shipment document from principal against L/C number through concern authorities.
Communicate with foreign exporter /supplier effectively regarding different commercial issue.

Educational Requirements
MBA/Masters from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Tannery/Footwear, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Practical experience in any reputed leather factory.
Expertise in local sourcing and procurement of raw materials, machine, equipments etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.
Have sound Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import/ Export to & from Bangladesh.
Experience in Leather Industries/Manufacturing.
