Job Description / Responsibility
Programme: Social Enterprise Unit
Type of Appointment: Six (06)months-probation period, it is to be regularized based on the performance and organization policy.
Systems design and implementation of mobile value added services(VAS) systems and products.
Software and hardware planning, procurement and systemintegration.
Integration with mobile operators systems such as SMSC, MMSC,IVR, USSD and application servers.
Integration with customers systems such as application serversand databases.
Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and documentation.
Preparation of test plans and execution of system and useracceptance tests.
Ensuring smooth customer sign off within agreed time limits withcustomer.
Providing operational and maintenance support to customers.
Team building and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

Educational Requirements
BSc./MSc. in Computer Science/ComputerScience & Engineering.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Should have minimum 4 year relevant work experiencein Mobile VAS.
Must have hands-on experienceof developing and managing mobile VAS systems.
Good knowledge of SMPP, IVR,SMS, MMS, WAP, USSD, SMSC, STK etc.
Should have strong andin-depth protocol-level concepts.
Web and TCP /IP programmingexperience using PHP, Java, MySQL, XML, SOAP etc.
Should also have strongworking knowledge of VoIP in general and be able to work with various availablesolutions.
Should be able to work withSIP and various types of Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Should have hands-onexperience with Media, Voice and Video Streams.
Should have strong basics andhands-on experience with host and perimeter security in different networkdesigns.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Dedicated, responsible andable to work under pressure to meet deadline.
Willingness to learn.
