Job Description / Responsibility
• Candidate will be responsible for the sales & marketing of the products.
• Candidate will be establishing brand, achieving sales target with adding maximum growth, preparing sales budget.
• Create corporate relations to communicate with new clients and maintain communication with existing clients.
• Communicate daily with existing clients by visiting and direct calling and submit report to Company Management.
• Maintain good relationship with all Distributors and related persons.
• Candidate will be responsible to preparing and maintaining client list, carry out direct marketing activities (Making Presentation), increase sales volume.
• To follow any other duties assigned by the departmental head/company management.

Educational Requirements
Masters / MBA / BBA in Marketing

Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Retail Stores/Shops, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Market Research, Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Chemical Industries, Cosmetics/Personal Care, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Fisheries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Sales and marketing experience of Agro based (Pesticides & Fertilizer) products is desirable.
• Ability to extensive traveling.
• Must be disciplined
• Good computer literacy
• Must be a quick learner
• Must be able to execute tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task.
• Good presentation, convincing and communication skills.
• Must have very good Fluency in written and spoken English having good communication skill.
• To facilitate fulfillment of customer.
• To prepare periodic sales/ stock report.
• To perform any other job as per requirement.
