Job Description / Responsibility
Interacting with customers over phone
To attend all queries, request and complaints with politeness and enthusiasm
Maintain logs properly
Perform duties in shifts (roster duty)
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate will be preferable
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Supervision/Management, Tele Marketing
Additional Job Requirements
Age 18 to 25 year(s)

Excellent Bangla & English communication skills
Computer Literacy is a must
Ability to identify call manners
Ability to build credibility by openly and regularly sharing appropriate information with others
Should be keen to learn
Punctual and honest in manner
Negotiation & Convincing skills
experience in Call Center Training is an added advantage
