Job Description / Responsibility
Should be able to manage PABX System and attend phone calls
To ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained.
Receive and transfer phone calls and messages.
Receiving visitors and maintaining records.
Welcoming the Clients/Visitor and guests in front office and maintain records
Timely dispatch of mail and delivery of received mail by maintaining registers.
Others as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
B.A / Masters in any discipline.
Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 30 year(s)

Proactive, self motivated Energetic and ability to work under pressure.
Computer knowledge.
Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Salary Range
