Excellent Java Programming skills
Experience working with Spring Framework, Hibernate, Ant, Eclipse, Netbeans
Knowledge of Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic, Apache
Excellent communications skills
A proven ability to deliver end to end solutions
Ability to work under pressure
Capable of working as a team player
