Job Description / Responsibility
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation, documentation, attendance monitoring, leave management, performance appraisals making, career planning, organizing training, succession planning, formulation of policies, rules and regulation.
Manage dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines
Check list developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management relating to HR and Compliance issues.
Planning, Conducting internal audit to meet up internal & external requirements. Be prepared always with proper arrangements to face any external audit successfully concerned with any issues.
Liaise with other departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements.
Ensure activities integrated with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety and environmental policy issues.
Preparing various report, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), arranging meeting, brochures, power point presentation in Bangla and English, writing of reports, organizing different events.
Looking after overall administration and security functions
Carry out other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
MBA (major in HRM).
PGDPM or PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Law Firm, Packaging Industry, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)
