Job Description / Responsibility
Teaching areas of the primary curriculum as timetabled and extra lessons as directed by the Principal.
Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment – using display boards, posters, labels, star charts, manipulative etc;
Planning, preparing, presenting and reflecting on lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
Keeping a record and writing lesson plans for all lessons being taught.
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations.
Maintaining discipline and encouraging respectful conduct and language use amongst students and staff.
Preparing and marking the children’s work to facilitate positive pupil development.
Working with others to plan and co-ordinate work.
Staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Being prepared to discuss personal goals and professional development as part of a teacher assessment programme.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc (Hons)/ Diploma in Computer Science from any reputed University.

Additional Job Requirements
At least 2 years in any English Version School.
Proficient in MS Word, MS EXCEL and other operating tools of Microsoft Office.
Conducting in a professional manner at all times on school premises and during school hours. (e.g. role-model appropriate behavior, use of good manners, appropriate dress code, use of correct speech, ensure supportive and positive attitudes amongst staff.)
Participating in training and professional development programs.
Working with parents, staff, volunteers and the local community to maximize their involvement in the school and the development of resources for the school.
