Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain and preparing all kind of vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Cheque Register, Bill Register, General Ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
Maintain & Checking Billing Processes (Accounts payable/receivable)
Ensure daily data entry in the Electronic Accounting System in due time.
Preparing, Maintaining & Entering bank related transactions.
Preparing bank reconciliation.
Preparing work order.
Assist manager in planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling and monitoring accounts finance, costing of the company.
Keep liaison with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company.
Preparation of various Accounts Statements like Monthly Trading and Profit & Loss Accounts along with Balance Sheet.
Perform any other tasks given by the management.

Educational Requirements
MBA / M. Com. / Graduation in Finance/Accounting from any well known institute.

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance

Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
Ability to work independently and to able under time pressure
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management / banking personnel
Proficient in writing and spoken English and Bangla
He /she should be ready to work under a team of professionals
Good command in MS office with hands on experience in handling good accounting software.
